The staff were excellent, affable. The continental breakfast with cheese and scrambled eggs was very good for the price. Its location was very central, an easy walk to Religious Art Museum.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a really really nice stay for a business trip. The room was tidy, with a balcony. The location was favourable, steps away from a Spanish colonial church. Cheese and scrambled eggs were excellent and great.

The hotel is beautifully kept, beds are spacious, bathroom is big size. Good area, very central location very close to the airport, downtown, north and south and the river.

It was tasteful hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay. There was an elegant bar with lots of different food, such as nibbles and afternoon tea. Central location, at a moderate distance from plaza caicedo. Easy check in & the service was superb. Bottled drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

My 4 nights in Cali were perfectly pleasant. The people there were amicable at all times. Standard decor of the room. Food was so good with lots of options. Early check-in, late check-out.

polite staff did a great job. within walking distance lucca cucina tradizionale, where you can have lunch. the pool was good and they provided a jacuzzi and a sauna.

Good location and affordable rates. Tourist destinations like la merced church were in front of the hotel. Greco pizzeria y bar is located within 500 feet from the venue...

A shower in the bathroom. Generally service was excellent. We visited such places as la merced church that were really close to the hotel. 35 minutes by car from the airport❤
